The course has five units which appraise about the etiquettes at the workplace, communication skills, problem-solving methods, time management and conflict management.
Etiquettes or mannerism teach about how an individual needs to behave in a good manner mainly in a society or at a gathering. It teaches about the interpersonal communication skills that help to develop clarity in speech, self-awareness, good manners, self-control, listening and understanding of verbal and non-verbal behaviour wherein Intra-personal skills will help to understand the self- conception, belief and values and attitude. Personal skills help an individual to increase negotiation skills, self-motivation and motivation at the workplace. Conflict management is an important skill that helps to solve both individual and group conflict.
