Soft skills are the personal attributes that enable someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people. The way a professional interacts at the workplace with his colleagues which will contribute positively towards his performance.  This course comprises different soft skills that an individual should possess at the workplace. Possessing perfect soft skills helps an individual to perform at his best in an organisation.

The course has five units which appraise about the etiquettes at the workplace, communication skills, problem-solving methods, time management and conflict management.

Etiquettes or mannerism teach about how an individual needs to behave in a good manner mainly in a society or at a gathering. It teaches about the interpersonal communication skills that help to develop clarity in speech, self-awareness, good manners, self-control, listening and understanding of verbal and non-verbal behaviour wherein Intra-personal skills will help to understand the self- conception, belief and values and attitude. Personal skills help an individual to increase negotiation skills, self-motivation and motivation at the workplace. Conflict management is an important skill that helps to solve both individual and group conflict. The course will help to gain knowledge, tips and techniques for effective time management so that an individual can plan and prioritize the work in a smart way.
