Organisational Behaviour is the study and application of knowledge about how people act within an organisation. It is a human tool for human benefit. It applies broadly to the behaviour of people in all types of organisation

The five units in this course explain each topic in detail and it helps  to understand the organizational culture and behaviour of an employee in an organization to work effectively and efficiently.

The course appraises the individual behaviour and Group Behaviour of an employee. Individual behaviour gives more results wherein Group behaviour helps to build a team at the workplace to ease work in time in a more effective manner. It also teaches about Leadership, which means the action of leading a group of people or an organization. The course teaches about the leadership styles, Leadership Effectiveness and Power and its sources. Organizational culture aspect is also covered in this course which is a system of shared assumptions, values, beliefs which govern how people behave in organizations. Creating and sustaining culture helps to work effectively by employees, work stress at the organization should be controlled.
